As the Little League baseball season comes to a close, the City Series is just heating up.  Four  Malden parks will have some great baseball action tonight.

The Major League City Series starts Monday night when the first-place Athletics will take on the fourth-place Red Sox at Trafton Park, while the second-place Orioles face the third-place Dolphins at Bruce Field.

The Athletics are going for a three-peat; they have won the Major League City Series for the past two years.

The Minor League City Series is well on its way.  This past Saturday, the fourth-place Mudcats upset the first-place Sandgnats 11-10.  The second-place Rivercats beat the third-place B-Mets, 12-9.  These four teams will play again Monday: the Mudcats will take on the Rivercats at Keirstead Park and the Sandgnats will take on the B-Mets at Forestdale Park.

The first pitch for all four games is scheduled at 5:30.
