Mystic Valley girls split games

The following was submitted by the Mystic Valley Regional Charter School:

Mystic Valley’s girls’ soccer team split games this week beating Whittier and losing to North Shore.

On Monday, the girls played Whittier and won 2-0.  The Eagles scored midway through the first half on a goal by Sam Rizzo.  They picked up the second goal early in the second half on a goal by Vanessa Kreis.   Bryanna Cimetti picked up her third shutout for the season while making 8 saves.    
 
On Wednesday, they played North Shore at home and lost 1-0.  Bryanna Cimetti made 12 saves in the game.   Meghan Foley by far played her best game of the season as well.  
The Eagles’ record now stands at 4-3 on the season.
