The JCC’s Spring Guide is here, packed with exciting new classes and programs for everyone in your family. Grab one at the J or around town, or download it at www.jccns.org.

Here’s just a sample of the fun ways you can get your family moving this season!

Drums Alive Kids Beat: Kids have a blast drumming on exercise balls to their favorite tunes! The choreographed movements will get your child’s heart pumping as they rock out to the beat!

Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga: Support your baby’s healthy development with these nurturing yoga classes designed just for baby!

Action Art: Your preschooler will get creative painting with balloons, Legos, balls and even rakes in this fun art class!

Mad Scientists: Put on your safety goggles and join the fun! Kids learn about science, perform experiments and discover the world around us in this Adventure on the Hill after-school program.

Adult Dodgeball/Team Handball Combo Pack: It’s a blast from the past! Relive your Junior High days with Adult Dodgeball and Handball!

Shredmill: Back by popular demand! Work with a trainer and start with 30 minutes of cardio fun on our new treadmills, then spend 30 minutes building longer, leaner muscles with weight training!

April Vacation Lifeguard Class: Prepare your teens for a great summer job with our April Vacation Lifeguard class. Sign up for the new session of Swim Lessons, too!

Registration opens April 1st for JCC Members and April 4th for the Community. See you at the J!
