New cafe coming to Mattapan Square

A new café will make Blue Hill Avenue home after the city’s Licensing Board approved a food-serving license for Blue, House of Coffee.

The restaurant will be in Mattapan Square, at 1553 Blue Hill Ave., adjacent to the new Mattapan Community Health Center.

The café will be open seven days a week from 6 a.m. – 4 p.m., according to city documents.
