Medford police make arrests for car theft
Police in Medford made a handful of arrests last week, including for alleged
incidents of motor vehicle theft and assault and battery. All suspects are innocent
until proven guilty in a court of law.
Doug Bergeron, 29, of Eastman Street, was arrested Aug. 22 at 227 Main St. on charges that he was
operating a motor vehicle without a license and leaving the scene of an
accident with property damage.
Police arrested Sean P. Karode, 33, at 27 Willis Ave. for disorderly conduct Aug. 27.
John
T. Dowd Jr., 44, and James M. Dowd, 41, were arrested Aug. 27 for one
count each of receiving a stolen motor vehicle and larceny from a
truck.
Officers arrested Samuel D. Manoranjan, 33, of Magoun Avenue on charges of assault and battery.

L. Casey, 40, of Donna Road in Woburn, was arrested on College Avenue
for disturbing the peace..
