Home improvement projects top Tuesday's agenda for the Medford Board of Appeals meeting.

The board will hold a public hearing on an application to allow an off-street parking space in an area now designated for a front yard setback at a single-family home located at 76 Greenleaf Ave.

A separate hearing will be held on a request to remove the rear structure of a single-family home at 146 Pine Ridge Road and replace it with a new structure.

The hearings will be held starting at 7 p.m., in Room 201 at City Hall.
