Shoulders, ankles, knees and hips – these are the joints that keep your body moving. When they need repair, you need the expertise of the new Center for Orthopedics and Sports Medicine at Hallmark Health System (HHS).

From your first visit all the way through rehabilitation, the Center’s dedicated patient care director will be there to personally assist you and answer all your questions. Our board-certified orthopedic surgeons provide a full complement of joint replacement services using the latest implants and surgical techniques including minimally-invasive procedures, which means a shorter recovery time. Our orthopedic surgeons trained at the best medical centers in the country and have convenient offices in Everett, Malden, Melrose, and Stoneham.

We offer professional, competitive and recreational athletes of all ages the latest in arthroscopic procedures to fix rotator cuffs, dislocations of the shoulder and torn ACL ligaments in the knee. These procedures are done with the latest pain management techniques so that you can go home the same day. In partnership with the Boston Bruins we offer lectures on sports concussions. Our certified athletic trainers are available for assistance at school athletic programs.

The Center has established a regional reputation for clinical excellence and patient satisfaction that equals or exceeds national benchmarks for patient safety and quality. The Center is also designated a Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Distinction Center for Knee and Hip Replacement.

The Center’s Joint Camp includes a pre-operative educational session to help you learn all about your procedure and recovery. Knowing what to expect and how to deal with it lets you develop and execute the game plan with our orthopedic team for the best possible outcome.
