A total of 299 single-family homes sold in Medford through November, up 28 percent from 234 in the same span last year, according to data from The Warren Group, which tracks real estate data statewide. Condo sales are also up 28 percent in the city, from 136 through November 2011 to 175 through November this year, according to the data.

This year is on pace to be the busiest for home sales since 2006, according to Warren Group CEO Timothy Warren.
