Three appointed to Medford boards, commissions

Vacancies on three city boards and commissions have been filled by Mayor Michael McGlynn.

Neil Osborne, a lawyer and president of the Medford chapter of the NAACP, was appointed to the Community Development Board; John Veneziano, owner of REMAX Andrew Realty Services, will serve on the Civic Auditorium and Convention Center Commission; and Stephen Pompeo, owner of Pompeo and Sons Insurance, was appointed to the Board of Assessors.

The appointments were made last week.
