Medford seeks nominees for green awards

The city of Medford is seeking nominees for its annual green awards program.

Businesses and individuals that promote, practice, or educate the public on environmentally friendly practices will be considered for the awards.

Nominees will be reviewed by the Medford Energy Committee, which is comprised of Medford residents Susan Altman, Jeff Goldsmith, Jonathan Hunt, Elisabeth Krautscheid, Fred Laskey, Kathleen McKenna, Bob Paine, John Rogers, Rick Sacco, J.R. Siegel, Brett Sullivan, and Curtis Tuden.

The winners will be recognized at the Harvest Your Energy Festival on Oct. 26.
