The following was submitted by the Grace Episcopal Church:

“Sisters in Song” proudly announces a program of duets to benefit the Ellie Fund  to be held in Wiles Hall at Grace Church, 160 High Street,  on Saturday, October 5 at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.  Residents of the Medford and surrounding communities and their friends are cordially invited to attend.

The Ellie Fund, founded in 1995 by the sons of Ellie Popkin, honors her courageous nine-year battle with breast cancer, and provides critical support services—including transportation to medical appointments, child care, housekeeping, groceries and prepared meals—free of charge—to breast cancer patients and their family members across Massachusetts.

Breast cancer touches family and friends of almost everyone.  Support services provide help and hope to its victims.

We urge you to support the concert with your presence and/or a donation.  Helping those with breast cancer who need help is our passion.  Some of the “Sisters in Song,” are survivors of breast cancer themselves.

Tickets are $20 and may be purchased at the door.  Additional donations are welcome.  Checks should be payable to “Sisters in Song.”

Visit the website www.elliefund.org for information about the work of the Ellie Fund or to make a donation online.
