The following is a press release from the Melrose Public Library:

The Melrose Public Library will host local author Juliette Fay on Thursday, November 5th at 7:30 p.m. Fay will be the first author to speak in the library’s “A Celebration of Authors” program.

“Shelter Me” is the national bestselling story of 38 year old Janie LaMarche who had everything she wanted: a comfortable home, two adorable children, and a strong marriage to a good man. Then in one single fateful moment her life is changed forever by the sudden death of her husband. Over the following months, as Janie moves through the process of grieving, she finds strength, solace, and even laughter through several unlikely sources.

“Shelter Me” is Juliette’s first novel, which has become a national bestseller and a book group favorite. Juliette and her husband live in the Boston area with their four children. Please join us for this special event as Juliette discusses her book, her life and the writing process.

This program is free and registration is not necessary. Copies of Juliette’s book will be available for purchase the night of the program. Find out more about Juliette Fay from her website: www.juliettefay.com.

“A Celebration of Authors” is supported in part by a grant from the Melrose cultural council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency and the Melrose Public Library.
