Melrose arrest log includes drug possession charges
A recent police log includes drug possession and check forgery charges. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Breanna DosSantos, 29, of 197 Cherry Str., Malden, was arrested on Monday, March 1 around 3:33 p.m. for operating while under the influence of liquor. Police found a toddler in the backseat of the car.
Police summonsed Toni Colarullo, 40, of 126 West Foster Street, on Tuesday, March 2 around 12:53 p.m. for breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony, three counts of larceny under $250, attempting to commit a crime and receiving stolen property under $250.
Officers summonsed Gabriel Rodriguez, 27, of 82 Oliver St., #2, Malden, on Wednesday, March 3 around 4:26 p.m. for violating an abuse prevention order.
A Berwick Street resident reported tires stolen off a vehicle on Wednesday, March 3 around 7:11 p.m.
Samuel Lewis, 18, of 24 Vinton St., #5, was arrested on Wednesday, March 3 around 11:28 p.m. for breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony and malicious destruction of property over $250.
Officers arrested Stephen Stellato, 43, of 22 High St., Salem, on Saturday, March 6 around 9:32 p.m. for possession of a class B substance.
Police summonsed John Truglia, 33, of 34 Susan Dr., Saugus, on Sunday, March 7 around 7:41 p.m. for three counts each of larceny by check over $250, forgery by check and uttering a false check.
