The following was submitted by Melrose Superintendent Joseph F. Casey:

Melrose Public Schools’ Education Stations proudly presents Campus KIDS’ third year of summer enrichment programming.

Students will enjoy traveling through weekly themes to experience the sights, sounds, and tastes of summer around the globe.

Campus KIDS takes place at the Roosevelt School, where children may enjoy the open green space, play structures, and air-conditioned indoor amenities (i.e. gym, café, classrooms, library, and computer lab).  Activities include: outdoor water play, arts and crafts, all sorts of sports, field trips, swimming, technology and computers, community projects, cooking, cultural exchange, literacy time, cooperative games, engineering challenges, music and movement, mad science, and lots of team-building games.

Campus KIDS begins on June 25 and concludes on Aug. 17 for the 2012 season.  Parents may customize a schedule that works best for their family.  Campus KIDS offers many flexible attendance options and reasonable pricing.

An early registration and payment discount applies to registrations received and paid in full by June 4.  Registrations and schedule changes received after that time will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis, as space allows.

The daily activity schedule for weeks 1-4 is posted for parent review.  Visit www.melroseschools.com  for registration and more information.

The Campus KIDS team is looking forward to another exciting summer.
