Here’s a look at some incidents reported to the Milton police this week. A full list is available at police headquarters, 60 Highland St.
On April 9 at 7:37 a.m., a resident on Alfred Road reported that two of his cars were broken into sometime during the night. Police took a report of the incident.
At 4:05 p.m. that day, a State Police trooper reported an accident on Interstate 93 northbound before Exit 11. Milton Fire and Fallon Ambulance responded, and one person was taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton.
At 5:55 p.m., a caller reported a barbecue fire at a home on Fullers Lane. Police notified Milton Fire, who responded and extinguished the flames.
On April 11 at 8:30 a.m., a Milton officer reported a car on Edge Hill Road that had struck a tree, causing several branches to fall in the street. The Milton Department of Public Works was notified to remove the debris. No injuries were reported.
On April 12 at 9:47 a.m. a resident on Canton Avenue walked into the station to report that his or her home had been vandalized.
At 11:35 a.m., an officer reported a vehicle stop at the intersection of Blue Hills Parkway and Willoughby Road that led to an arrest. The driver, whose name was not immediately available, was charged with possession of a Class D substance with intent to distribute.
At 1:09 p.m., a resident on Old Farm Road reported that his home had been broken into at some point between January and April. Police took a report of the incident.
