Quincy, Milton kids meet with Tedy Bruschi at Gillette Stadium
On June 20, SBLI once again sponsored its Annual Football Clinic at Gillette Stadium with former Patriots star Tedy Bruschi.
Fifty-four boys and girls were selected to attend the minicamp based on essays they wrote. Among them were Sam Wong, Henry Fallon, James Devarie and Christian Falco from Quincy and the South Shore, who were team members of Tedy’s Blitzers.
The kids received a personalized locker, an official Bruschi Patriots jersey, a proper announcement onto the field while running through the big inflatable helmet, and the chance to participate in football drills with past and present NFL players.
Bruschi enlisted some of his football buddies to lend a hand, including Zoltan Mesko, Jerod Mayo, Brian Hoyer, and former Pats Christian Fauria, Sammy Morris, and Ray Ventrone.
