First Parish in Milton to hold 'Handcrafting Justice' craft sale

First Parish in Milton will host its annual “Handcrafting Justice” craft fair along with a Christmas tree sale and community brunch Dec. 1.

Handcrafting Justice is an international organization that works to empower women in developing countries through their creation of handmade goods.

The Dec. 1 sale will feature fair-trade products from Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Items will include jewelry, toys, home decorations, indigenous art, bags, and cards.

Christmas trees are 6 to 7 feet tall, freshly cut, Frasier firs and cost $65. They must be pre-ordered by contacting the First Parish office.

The First Parish Membership Committee will also offer a free brunch for attendees throughout the morning.

The sale will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the parish hall, 535 Canton Ave. in Milton. For more information or to reserve a tree call 617-698-6329 or visit www.fpmilton.org.
