The Milton Public Library will hold a few events and workshops this November and December. Here’s a quick look at the first two coming up in the next couple of weeks.

For more information about either event contact Jean Hlady, adult services librarian at 617-698-5757 or visit www.miltonlibrary.org.

Healthy Eating Workshop: On Nov. 14 at 7 p.m., Dietician Maisie Ostrye, will offer advice on how to break bad eating habits and discuss the connection between moods and food choices. Participants will also learn about foods that can boost mood and energy levels.

Build a Network: Learn how to build a business network from development expert Stuart Paap. The workshop is scheduled for Nov. 26 at 7 p.m. in the Keys Community Room. Paap works with entrepreneurs, private businesses, and nonprofits to help build professional and personal networks.
