Milton police log: Feb. 18 to 24

The following information was taken from the Milton police log. Suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty.

Monday, Feb. 18
Accident: At 1:11 p.m., police responded to a two-vehicle accident on Granite Avenue. One driver was transported to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Milton. Police arrested the other driver, William Eabij, 51, of Dedham, on an outstanding warrant from Brighton District Court.

Malicious damage: At 5:47 p.m., police received a report of vandalism to a vehicle on Huntington Road. The resident reported that over the past several months, her car was vandalized with foods like mayonnaise and the tires were shot with a bb gun.

Accident: At 8:47 p.m., police responded to a single-vehicle accident at the intersection of Adams Street and Hutchinson Street. The vehicle struck a utility pole. One person was transported to Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Milton. Police determined the cause of the accident to be icy roads.

Wednesday, Feb. 20
Arrest: At 9:44 a.m., police arrested Stacey Fitzgerald, 48, of Milton on a warrant from Quincy District Court for harassing phone calls. The arrest was made on Canton Avenue.

Theft: At 1:54 p.m., police received a report of a theft from a motor vehicle on Randolph Avenue. The vehicle was unlocked and a backpack was taken.

Arrest: At 7:11 p.m., police arrested Ismael Cirino, 30, of Dorchester on a warrant for an outstanding traffic issue with the Wrentham District Court. The arrest was made at the intersection of Blue Hill Avenue and Decker Street.

Friday, Feb. 22
Accident: At 11:33 p.m., police responded to an accident on Atherton Street involving a single motor vehicle. Three people were transported to the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Milton. The vehicle hit a snow bank. The driver was cited with speeding and a marked lanes violation.
