Celebrate the start of autumn with the Natick Community Organic Farm.

The farm is hosting its 7th Annual Harvest Dinner and Silent Green
Auction on Sept. 21 from 6 to 9 p.m at the Sherborn Inn in
Sherborn.

The event will feature a full meal made with local organic food with
organic wine and beer available at the bar, according to a press
release. There will also be live music and a Silent Green Auction for
items such as gift certificates, spa packages, environmentally
friendly products, and stays in green inns.

“It’s our biggest fundraiser of the year,” said Farm Administrator
Trish Wesley Umbrell. She said the money raised at the event will go
toward the farm’s teen summer program, which employs youths between
the ages of 14 and 18 to work on the farm.

“This summer we had over 20 teens working on the farm,” Unbrell said.
“They accomplished a tremendous amount of work for us, but they got a
lot of out it too, like the ability to work with others and
self-esteem.”

Harvest Dinner tickets are $75 per person, or $600 for a table of
eight. Tickets can be purchased at NCOF’s website.
