French Fry Heaven, a boutique snack stand, will open at the Natick Mall in August.
French Fry Heaven will offer Belgium-style fries with toppings ranging from simple ketchup to garlic parmesan with black truffle salt. Gluten-free sweet potato fries can come salted or with sweet, dessert-style toppings such as cinnamon brown sugar, pumpkin spice, and marshmallow.
In all, more than 50 varieties of toppings and seasonings will be available, according to local owner Aramis Jordan.
Natick Selectmen approved French Fry Heaven’s business license on Monday.
On Wednesday, Jordan’s business partner William Choate confirmed that this will be French Fry Heaven’s first Massachusetts location. The Natick location is slated to open Aug. 12.
Choate said the chain was trying to do something new and different.
“It’s very popular in Florida, and they’ve just opened in Texas, New Jersey, and New York,” Choate said. “The concept is starting to take off.”
