Needham town offices are closed today due to severe weather conditions, and non-emergency personnel did not report to work, according to the town’s website.

As of noon today, Needham was covered in 17 inches of snow, according to the Department of Public Works.

Despite the storm, Needham has not experienced any accidents, and there has been no ban on street parking, according to fire officials.

The Town Hall, library, senior center, Traveling Meals program, Recycling and Transfer Station, and all activities and meetings planned for today are closed and canceled.

The transfer station will reopen tomorrow at 7:30 a.m., according to the website.

To report power outages, residents should call NSTAR at 800-592-2000. The Department of Public Works can be reached at 781-455-7534.
