Lowell biographer will discuss book at library

Author Chaim M. Rosenberg will be speaking at the Needham Free Public Library on February 15, at 8 p.m. to discuss his latest book The Life and Times of Francis Cabot Lowell, 1775-1817, according to a release from the library.

The book details the life of Francis Cabot Lowell and his impact on American industry after the Revolutionary War.

Rosenberg is also the author of The Great Workshop: Boston’s Victorian Age, and Goods for Sale: Products and Advertising of the Massachusetts Industri¬al Age.
