Rosemary Pool in Needham opens for the season
Just in time for a week that promises scorching temperatures, Needham’s Rosemary Pool opened for the season on Monday.
The season runs through Aug. 24.
The pool will be open every day from 12:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. until the final week of the season, Aug. 20 through 24, when it will be open from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Needham residents can get season passes at a discount. Family passes are $210, individual passes are $105, and senior passes, for residents aged 60 and up, are $55.
For swimmers who don’t live in Needham, family passes cost $305, individual passes cost $155, and senior passes cost $80.
Daily admission passes will cost Needham residents $6 and Needham seniors $3. After 6 p.m., daily passes are half-price. For non-residents, daily passes are $8 and for seniors $4, with the half-price cost after 6 p.m.
Guest passes can be purchased in batches of ten. For residents, ten guest passes cost $50, and for non-residents they cost $70.

Children under the age of ten swimming at Rosemary Pool must be accompanied by an adult. At 5:45, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
