Needham's luminary stroll organizers put together a promotional video advertising the event, which takes place this Sunday on Needham's Town Common.

The Community Center of Needham will host its second annual free luminary stroll event on Needham's Town Common this Sunday, organizers said.

The event, which runs from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 3, will feature acrobats, fire jugglers, and a magician, as well as Needham High School's dance team and a cappella group. Olin College engineering students will also be exhibiting some of their latest creations, organizers said.

Participants can also enjoy the glow of the luminary bags that will be set up at businesses around the town's center and on the common. There will also be refreshments at the event.

All around town, residents will set up their own luminary landscapes on their lawns and in their neighborhoods. Locals are encouraged to hold block parties and help illuminate the street. Luminary kits can be purchased at Roche Brothers, Sudbury Farms, Taylor’s Stationary, Perennial Design and Center Wine and Spirits, organizers said.
