Newton South mock trial team advances

The Newton South High School mock trail team advanced to the next round with seven other Massachusetts school in the 25th annual Mock Trial Program organized by the Massachusetts Bar Association.

Eight schools were eliminated in competition last week. This week the “Sweet 8” will compete and the four winning teams will go on to compete on March 22 in Boston
and Worcester.

From the March 22 competitions, the two remaining teams will face off for the state
championship on March 26 at Faneuil Hall.
