Newton-Needham kicks off inaugural Restaurant Week

The Newton Needham Chamber of Commerce is hosting the Inaugural Newton-Needham Restaurant Week from Sunday, April 11 to Saturday, April 17.

Restaurants throughout Newton and Needham will feature gourmet prix fixe three-course lunches for $20.10 and three-course dinners for $30.10, not including drinks, tax, or tip. Newton Needham Chamber of Commerce Program and Events Coordinator Lynnette Best said they selected the lunch price to reflect the year 2010, and kept the 10 cents on the dinner menu to keep it consistent.

"We have a lot of great restaurants in the area and we really wanted to promote them and give them an opportunity to be showcased," Best said.
