Angora Ice grand opening Saturday at Chestnut Hill Shopping Center
Boston foodies who have been devotees of Commonwealth Ave.'s Angora Cafe now have another option to get their fix; a new location in the Chestnut Hill Shopping Center, this one solely dedicated to sweet treats.
Angora Ice, located between the Star Market and the AT&T in the shopping center, will have its grand opening this Saturday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. It will feature promotions on its line of homemade ice creams and frozen yogurts, including buy one, get one half off specials, and extended fall hours, according to a release.
The menu at Angora Ice will feature sugar-free and gluten-free offerings, continuing owner Selim Gurel's dedication to healthy offerings, said marketing manager Carolyn Love-West in the release.
“Chestnut Hill offers the type of health and community-conscious customers our products are aimed at,” Love-West said. “And the Chestnut Hill Shopping Center location is a great place to connect to them."
The restaurant will also feature international coffees and baked goods. For more information visit angoraice.com.
