Town Accountant Donna Mangan is adding another role to her set of responsibilities.

On July 27, the Board of Selectmen unanimously voted to name her municipal finance director, which means she will help the town with its financial goals.

Her role will involve streamlining coordination with the town’s Assessing Department and working to develop a long-range financial plan for the town.
