Here’s a quick look at events and happenings taking place in Norwood this week.

Meetings: The Planning Board will hold a public hearing Monday at 7:15 p.m. at Town Hall, 566 Washington St. The Board of Selectmen will meet Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Town Hall. The Zoning Board of Appeals will also meet Tuesday at 7:15 p.m.

Weight Loss Consultation: New Horizon Health and Wellness, 38 Vanderbilt Ave. Unit E, will hold a “rapid pace” weight loss consultation for interested residents Monday at 3 p.m. Call the center at 781-269-5400 to make a reservation.

Charity Yard Sale: The American Cancer Society Relay For Life will hold a yard sale at 40 Fourth St. at 9 a.m. on Tuesday. All proceeds from the yard sale will be donated to the Relay For Life organization.

Oldham PTO Meeting: The Oldham Elementary School Parent-Teacher Organization will hold a meeting Tuesday at 7 p.m.

School Committee: The Norwood School Committee will meet Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the James R. Savage Center, 275 Prospect St.

History Talk: The Norwood Senior Center will hold a Norwood history talk Thursday at 1 p.m. at the center, 275 Prospect St.

Anniversary Party: Jake ‘N Joes Sports Grille, 475 Boston Providence Turnpike, will hold a customer appreciation anniversary party Thursday starting at 7 p.m.
