Here’s a quick look at events and happenings taking place in Norwood this week.

Meetings: The Cultural Council will meet Monday at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 566 Washington St. The Planning Board will also meet for a public hearing Monday at 7 p.m. at Town Hall. The Board of Selectmen will not meet on Tuesday.

Lunch for Seniors: Norwood Hospital, 800 Washington St., is offering $5.50 dinners to local seniors Monday through Friday at the hospital’s cafeteria. The cafeteria is located on the basement level of the Lorusso Building. To hear what’s on the menu, call 781-769-4000, extension 13663.

Farmers Market: Norwood’s farmers market is held every Tuesday from noon to 6 p.m. on the Town Common on Nahatan Street.

Scrabble: Morrill Memorial Library, 33 Walpole St., will hold a night of Scrabble for adults and children on Tuesday. The adult games begin at 6:30 p.m. and the children’s games begin at 7 p.m.

Look Good, Feel Better: Norwood Hospital will hold a free “Look Good … Feel Better” workshop for cancer patients on Wednesday at 3 p.m.

Girl Scouts: Girls interested in participating in Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts can sign up Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Norwood Civic Center.
