Peabody Police responded to several car break-ins on Saturday, police documents say.

At 10:08 a.m. police received a call that someone broke into a 2005 Nissan Altima on Tracey Street overnight. The unknown suspect took $20 in cash and a GPS system valued at $100, police logs say. The car was unlocked.

About an hour later, at 11:13 a.m., police responded to a caller who said someone stole several items out of his car while parked in the driveway of his 17 Harris St. building. The man told police someone stole presents valued at $80, a GPS system valued at $200, and a pool cue valued at $500, according to police documents.

Police later responded to a call of several car break-ins on the same street. At 12:18 p.m. a woman called police saying someone broke into three cars on Harris Street. The suspect rummaged through each car but did not take anything, police logs say.

Police are investigating each matter.
