Peabody police log, July 16-17
The following was taken from the Peabody Police Department logs for Monday and Tuesday:
Monday, July 16:
7:42 a.m. Caller reports having a road rage incident with the operator of a motor vehicle with MA Registration 72LG36; caller stated the person had a firearm on his side and gestured toward the weapon when confronted about the speed of his driving. Suspect reached by telephone and will come into station on Saturday.
10:54 a.m. Amanda Cole, of 286 Newbury Street, was arrested for shoplifting $100 or more by concealment and for a warrant.
12:34 p.m. A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle at North Shore Medical and Dental Center, 6 Essex Center Drive.
4:03 p.m. Tarik Elshrafi, of 103 Essex Street, was trespassed from Northshore Mall property for parking in a fire lane.
5:57 p.m. Elizangela DaSilva-Simao, of 39 Central Street, will be summonsed for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Tuesday, July 17:
1:39 a.m. Police responded to a domestic disturbance at 129 Washington Street.
8:06 a.m. A mailbox was vandalized at 14 County Street.
8:07 a.m. A garage was vandalized at 260 Washington Street.
