Peabody police log, Oct. 21-22
The following was taken from the Peabody Police Department logs for Sunday and Monday. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law:
Sunday, Oct. 21
2:24 p.m. Police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Prospect Street. A passing motorist stated that it appears there are three kids on a porch and one of them is pointing a rifle at passing vehicles. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate anyone.
2:41 p.m. A party reports that she was involved in a road rage incident on October 6 with a sports car, and this morning there were notes taped to her vehicle.
4:00 p.m. A woman on Central Street reported that her son backed up into her with his vehicle and stole $100. Officers will attempt to contact the son.
5:41 p.m. Police responded to a report of four teens fighting on a porch on Endicott Street. Officer was unable to locate the parties.
Monday, Oct. 22
8:50 a.m. A party would like to report tires slashed. Officer states two tires were slashed on a vehicle while it was parked on Tracey Street.
11:27 a.m. Mark L. Jemiolo, of 12 Crowninshield Street, was arrested on the basis of a warrant out of Newburyport District Court.
1:29 p.m. Aurelio H. Loureiro, of 65 Central Street, will be arrested and charged with two counts of witness intimidation and two counts of violating a harassment order.
