The following was taken from the Peabody Police Department logs for Saturday and Sunday. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law:
Saturday, Oct. 13
12:43 a.m. Eliazar Pizarro, of 51 Lane Street, Lowell, was arrested and will be charged with driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended registration, and failure to stop/yield.
1:47 a.m. A caller at Paddy Kelley's on Washington Street reported his vehicle stolen. The motor vehicle was located on Swampscott Avenue, and the party was taken home to Rockdale Park without incident. He will pick up his vehicle in the morning.
1:52 a.m. John Ranahan, of 271 Lowell Street, was arrested and will be charged with domestic assault and battery.
7:50 a.m. Manuel Arthur Espinal, of 88 Endicott Street, will be charged with two counts of domestic assault and battery.
11:55 a.m. Police responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lynn Street and Morgan Road. Ellisa Zeineit will be summonsed to court and charged with driving with an expired license.
1:14 p.m. Police took a report of a hit-and-run at Bonkers Fun House on Lowell Street.
1:18 p.m. Police responded to a report of shoplifting at the Northshore Mall Macy's. Paula Fyfe, of 349 Lowell Street, was arrested and will be charged with shoplifting more than $100 by concealment.
4:07 p.m. Police took a report of breaking and entering to a motor vehicle on Mt. Vernon Street sometime overnight.
7:31 p.m. Police responded to a report of a fight between two females at Bonkers Fun House on Lowell Street. Officer reports nothing showing at this time. Officer spoke to reporting party, who wishes to remain anonymous, and she stated it was a verbal argument only.
7:57 p.m. Calling party reports two parties arguing inside Bonkers Fun House on Lowell Street. Officer reports one party is packing up her belongings and will be on her way, other two involved parties were gone prior to arrival.
11:08 p.m. Luis G. Cortes, of 8 Grace Terrace, Lawrence, was arrested on the basis of a warrant.
Sunday, Oct. 14
12:42 p.m. Police responded to Hilltop Drive on a report of suspicious activity behind the Peabody Municipal Light Plant. Officer will document.
