Peabody police log, Oct. 22-23

The following was taken from the Peabody Police Department logs for Monday and Tuesday. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law:

Monday, Oct. 22

2:38 p.m. Dina A. Strus, of 9 Salvatore Circle, Danvers, will be summonsed to court and charged with driving an uninsured motor vehicle and driving with a revoked registration.

2:50 p.m. A male party on Robin Road reported his son's bicycle was stolen this morning, and he has noticed someone in the area riding the same bike. Officer spoke with a male party who insisted that the bike was his. Officer advised that the male party provide proof of purchase, while the child holds onto the bike for the time being.

5:02 p.m. Police responded to Prospect Street on a report of a few male parties urinating outdoors. Shawn Davis, of 3 Hull Road, Bedford, NH, will be summonsed to court and charged with driving with a suspended license.

8:42 p.m. Alioune Ndiaye, of 160 Homestead Street, Dorchester, will be summonsed to court and charged with larceny of a motor vehicle.

9:40 p.m. Arthur Morovitz, of 468 Summer Street, Lynnfield, will be summonsed to court and charged with making annoying phone calls.

Tuesday, Oct. 23

12:34 a.m. Police took a report of a recovered stolen motor vehicle. Reporting party states that her vehicle has been returned home.

1:06 a.m. Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at Calumet Street and Cottage Street. Report of two black females that got out of a cab without paying and climbed into the window of a house. Officer reports the female parties worked out a deal with the cab driver to pay him tomorrow.

12:42 p.m. Aurelio Loureiro, of 65 Central Street, was arrested on the basis of a warrant.

1:23 p.m. Police responded to a pedestrian accident on County Street. Brandon Snyder, of 116 Rogers Avenue, Lynn, was arrested on the basis of a warrant. Jacqueline Camp was transported to Salem, and will be summonsed to court and charged with domestic assault.
