Peabody police log, Oct. 27-28

The following was taken from the Peabody Police Department logs for Saturday and Sunday. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law:

Saturday, Oct. 27

7:20 a.m. Rebecca M. Gauthier, of 252 Newbury Street, was arrested and will be charged with domestic assault and battery.

8:39 a.m. Miguel Peguero, of 107 Lynn Street, was summonsed to court and will be charged with malicious destruction of property over $250.

10:01 a.m. Police responded to a neighbor dispute on Veterans Memorial Drive. Tremayne L. Ellison, of 100 Willow Street, Lynn, will be summonsed to court and charged with assault and battery.

12:50 p.m. Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Aborn Street. Allison Joanna Sepulveda, of 70 Glenwood Street, Lynn, was summonsed to court and will be charged with driving with a revoked license and failure to use care in stopping.

1:40 p.m. Police responded to a report of possible fraud at the Northshore Mall (Abercrombie & Fitch). Mall security states that two $100 bills were passed to the cashier, and were brought to Salem Five Bank to verify if they were real and it appears they are. Officer also stated that four $100 bills were collected by the cashier yesterday and appear to be fake. Salem Five will be handling the situation.

2:02 p.m. Party reported finding a needle in a backyard on Grant Street. Officer located item and disposed of it.

3:03 p.m. Pal Keka, of 7 Glenway Avenue, was summonsed to court and will be charged with larceny over $250.

9:50 p.m. Todd Granger, of 33 Eutaw Avenue, Lynn, was arrested on the basis of a warrant and will also be charged with driving with a suspended license, and driving with a revoked registration.

Sunday, Oct. 28

1:39 a.m. Police took a report of a hit-and-run on Route 128.

1:42 a.m. Police checked the area of Highland Street and Tremont Street. Smashed pumpkins not present earlier, officer will check the area for the goblins. Unable to locate culprits. No property damage, just vegetable damage.

12:42 p.m. Officer reports a beaver cut a tree in the road on Lowell Street. Officer was able to remove the tree from the roadway.

12:47 p.m. Police responded to a report of road rage at Kappy's Liquors on Andover Street. Joseph Cristoforo was summonsed to court and will be charged with assault and battery, and malicious destruction of property over $250.

12:49 p.m. Police responded to a report of shoplifting at the Northshore Mall. Vinicio M. Albuquerque, of 8 Caller Street, will be summonsed to court and charged with shoplifting more than $100 by concealment.
