Peabody police log, Oct. 28-29

The following was taken from the Peabody Police Department logs for Sunday and Monday. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law:

Sunday, Oct. 28

2:25 p.m. Police responded to a report of an oven fire on Lowell Street. Police cleared the scene.

5:31 p.m. A party at Highland Park reported that her motor vehicle has been broken into and entered numerous times over the past few months since her keys were stolen and money has been stolen from it.

7:43 p.m. Officer reports a motor vehicle went through the fence at Allen's Auto Trim on Howley Street and is dangling over the brook. DPW arrived to barricade the scene, car was towed and DPW notified regarding the fence to be fixed.

Monday, Oct. 29

1:02 a.m. Orieta Peralta, of 37 Cedar Grove Avenue, was arrested and will be charged with domestic assault and battery.

2:44 a.m. Police took a report of a past hit-and-run at Thorndike Street and Ellsworth Road.

9:20 a.m. Police took a report of a hit-and-run on Endicott Street.

11:05 a.m. Emil Sepulveda, of 33 May Street, was arrested and will be charged with domestic assault and battery, and intimidation of a witness.
