The following was taken from the Peabody Police Department logs for Sunday and Monday. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law:
Sunday, November 25
2:32 p.m. Ashley M. Linear, of 17 Pope Street, Salem, was arrested and will be charged with attaching plates, marked lanes violation, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, and driving with a suspended license.
4:05 p.m. Calling party reports two males in a grey sedan were following a female on foot yelling threats at her out of the car window at Mobile Estates. Female was last seen walking toward the main gate, she was found at 4Star Towing. She reported a verbal dispute and was dropped off at Dunkin' Donuts by an officer.
4:57 p.m. Police responded to J.C. Penney at the Northshore Mall where a shoplifter was detained. Nadia Moisakis, of 611 Broadway, Lynnfield, will be trespassed from the mall for one year. Officer reports party had consumed a few alcoholic beverages.
5:37 p.m. Police responded to a fight at Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home. Officer reports one of the parties left prior to police arrival, other party reports a family dispute and left without incident.
6:13 p.m. Party came into police station lobby to report computer fraud.
Monday, November 26
1:31 a.m. Angelo A. Macaya, of 4 Sanborn Street, was arrested and will be charged with domestic assault.
8:43 a.m. Donald L. Dupuis, of 0 Granite Street, was arrested on the basis of a warrant, and will also be charged with driving without a license and failure to stop/yield.
9:47 a.m. Party reported her Jeep Liberty stolen from Crane Brook Way.
12:39 p.m. Officer reports possible towel on fire in the middle of Washington Street. Fire was put out, All in order.
12:58 p.m. Rosilene Silva, of 26 Arnold Road, will be summonsed to court and charged with driving without a license, failure to display owner's name, and failure to notify the RMV of a name or address change.
