The following was taken from the Peabody Police Department logs for Monday and Tuesday. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law:
Monday, Nov. 5
3:43 p.m. Police conducted a traffic stop at Shaw's Supermarket on Andover Street. Gina Dalfonso will be summonsed to court and charged with driving with a suspended license.
4:30 p.m. Report of a male party at McDonald's on Main Street that has been advised not to come back to the restaurant, that has arrived and is refusing to leave. Jarrod Mack was advised by police and management not to come back for 30 days.
5:22 p.m. Report of two shoplifters detained at the Northshore Mall (Sears). Chivonne Bailer, of 564 Dudley Street, Dorchester, and Nicole Walker, of 65 N. Main Street, Salem, NH, will be summonsed to court and charged with shoplifting.
Tuesday, Nov. 6
7:05 a.m. Officer documented graffiti on Bourbon Street.
8:25 a.m. Party would like to report vandalism to motor vehicle on Tracey Street. Officer reports driver's side window was smashed sometime overnight.
9:41 a.m. Manager of Sonic Drive-In on Newbury Street would like to report larceny by an employee. Phaquinton Lawson will be summonsed to court and charged with larceny.
10:31 a.m. Loss prevention for Sears at the Northshore Mall reports snatch and grab of television. Reports green pickup truck heading east on Rte. 114 towards Salem. Officer reports a 46-inch Samsung LCD T.V. was taken from the store.
12:23 p.m. Robert M. Bennett, of 136 Washington Street, will be summonsed to court and charged with malicious destruction of property over $250.
