Peabody police log, Nov. 6-7

The following was taken from the Peabody Police Department logs for Tuesday and Wednesday. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law:

Tuesday, Nov. 6

2:37 p.m. Officer assisted Loss Prevention office at J.C. Penney at the Northshore Mall. Brixhilda Noci, of 42 Sutton Street, will be summonsed to court and charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

2:41 p.m. Caller reports a single-car motor vehicle accident, red Ford Aerostar, occupant is out the vehicle but may be injured. Edward L. Carpenter Jr., of 1 Silverleaf Way, Lynn, was arrested and will be charged OUI and driving with a suspended license.

4:06 p.m. Police responded to the Charles Motel on Mill Street where a female reported that her friend is being harassed by two males. Officer reports all is in order.

5:05 p.m. Report of a needle/syringe across the street from Sunoco on Lowell Street. Officer disposed of item.

5:32 p.m. Party turned in some old ammunition found in her residence on Newbury Street from previous owner.

6:55 p.m. Police conducted a traffic stop at Wilson Terrace and Central Street. John A. Raymond, of 9½ Sutton Street, will be summonsed to court and charged with failure to stop for police and two crosswalk violations.

11:22 p.m. Police responded to a possible domestic disturbance on Crane Brook Way. Suspect left prior to police arrival. Danvers PD notified, administrative message sent out. Officers checked the surrounding area and were unable to locate suspect in question. Officer obtained arrest warrant from on-call clerk magistrate. Donel Hall, of 4231 Crane Brook Way, will be summonsed to court and charged with domestic assault and battery, and intimidation of a witness.

Wednesday, Nov. 7

2:22 a.m. Male suspect from previous incident on Crane Brook Way reportedly back in area. Officers checked the area and spoke with reporting party. Officer will continue to monitor the area.

10:00 a.m. Police investigated a report of an abandoned motor vehicle on Kirkland Road.

1:44 p.m. Caller reports male party fell off his bike in the area of Washington Street and Allens Lane and appeared intoxicated. Party was given a ride home with permission from sergeant.
