Peabody police log, Dec. 2-3

The following was taken from the Peabody Police Department logs for Sunday and Monday. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Sunday, December 2

4:48 p.m. A dog was hit by a car and killed on Lake Street at Maddabon Place.

5:19 p.m. Report of a dark van that pulled into the back of the Burke School. Officer stated the party was walking his dog.

5:50 p.m. Police responded to a report of possible shoplifting at the Northshore Mall (Sears). Officer reports the store will handle the situation internally.

7:46 p.m. Report of possible drunk party passed out on the stairs of Zannino Insurance on Foster Street. Male party transported to Salem Hospital.

8:51 p.m. Brandon Long, of 15 Jordan Road, will be summonsed to court and charged with driving without a license, driving an unregistered vehicle, and attaching plates.

9:14 p.m. Randen R. Davis, of 111 Foster Street, was arrested and will be charged with domestic assault and battery.

10:03 p.m. Police responded to a report of a fall with a head injury on Summit Street. Officer reports the party took of into the wooded area, towards the Route 128 fence. State police in the area to assist with search. Officer reports party is also intoxicated. Party was located and transported to the hospital.

Monday, December 3

4:04 a.m. Stephanie Boutchie, of 31 Pulaski Street, was arrested and will be charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct.

10:34 a.m. Police responded to a report of burglary on Donegal Road. Officer attempted to speak with the suspect, no answer. Break into the basement, stolen was an xbox 360, games and a headset.

11:58 a.m. Sears at the Northshore Mall reports a female shoplifter. Officer reports female has dementia, no charged. Officer transporting her home.
