A Quincy woman was found not presently competent for trial on murder charges in the 2009 slaying of her 9-year-old daughter and of manslaughter in the death of her unborn son, the Norfolk district attorney’s office said Friday.

After a Worcester State Hospital clinician testified Friday in Norfolk Superior Court, the judge deemed Fan Chi-Xue, 41, unfit for trial.

Fan has been committed to Worcester State Hospital after she strangled her daughter, cut her wrists, and inflicted wounds to herself that took the life of her unborn son, the district attorney’s office said in a statement.
