Police are looking for a woman who allegedly robbed a Quincy store with a stun gun.

According to police, the suspect walked into the Rite Aid on Granite Street on Wednesday at 7:27 p.m., grabbed a bottle of Smirnoff Vodka, and put it in her purse.

The woman allegedly went to walk out of the store when she was stopped by store security, who told her she would have to pay for the vodka.

The woman then allegedly told the employee that she would tase him, and took out a stun gun from her purse.

A struggle ensued, in which the woman lost her hair weave but escaped with both the taser and the vodka.

According to police, the suspect is described as a woman in her late 20s or early 30s. She is approximately 5’5” and 200 pounds. She was wearing a grey hoodie with the word Hollister on the front.

The suspect escaped in a grey Honda accord. Police are looking at video surveillance to see if they can identify the suspect. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Quincy police.
