Scott Campbell, ex-treasurer Tim Cahill’s former campaign manager, was acquitted by a Suffolk Superior Court jury of two conspiracy charges.

“I’m very happy. I’m very relieved. I’m ready to move on. Thank you to the jury,” Campbell said outside the courtroom after the verdict.
