Quincy Police have arrested one of three potential suspects allegedly involved in a gun fight late last month.

According to police, the suspect got in a fight at a home on Vane Street in Quincy on Nov. 28. Two people were injured in the fight, one shot in the left shoulder and the other “pistol whipped”, or hit with the gun.

Both were taken to the hospital with their injures.

On Monday afternoon, Quincy Police, with help from Randolph Police, went to the suspect’s Randoph home and arrested him without incident.

Giovany Givenchi Fouyolle was charged with home invasion, two counts of armed assault with intent to murder, and two counts assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon.

Police said they are still looking for two other suspects allegedly involved in the shooting.
