Police are on the lookout for two men who allegedly assaulted and robbed two Dunkin' Donuts employees early Friday morning.

According to police, one victim said she was in the parking lot of the Dunkin' Donuts on Hancock Street at 3:30 a.m. arriving for work. She told police she waved at another employee inside the shop to let her into the building.

The other employee greeted her at the door and the pair started walking down the hallway when the woman said she was grabbed from behind, police said.

The victim said she was thrown against the wall and dragged to where the floor safe was. At that time, the suspect hit her on the head three times with a black 9 millimeter type handgun while demanding she open the safe, police said.

The other employee said after he let the female employee in, he was assaulted by a second suspect. Police said the male employee was thrown to the ground and kicked and hit numerous times while the suspect yelled at him to open the safe.

Police said neither employee knew how to open the safe, and instead gave the suspects money out of the cash drawers in the register.

The suspects pushed the victims into the refrigerator and left, police said. According to police, the suspects waited five minutes in the refrigerator before coming out and calling police.

Police said the suspects fled in the female victim’s car, described as a 1999 white Ford Escort with a license plate 25BK85.

Victims described the suspects as two black men wearing all black clothing and black ski masks. The men were approximately 5’7 and 5’9," both of stocky build.

Police are asking for the public to be on the lookout for the car. Anyone with information should contact Quincy Police Detective Unit.
