Construction worker injured in Mission Hill fall

A construction worker fell about 30 feet in a scaffolding at a building in the Mission Hill neighborhood this morning, but only suffered what appeared to be minor injuries, Boston fire officials said.

Firefighters responded to 10 Vining St. at 9:11 a.m. The worker was found outside at the fourth-floor level of the building, the Boston Fire Department said in a series of official tweets.

Firefighters reached him via the fourth-floor windows. He was lowered to the ground and taken by by Boston EMS to the hospital, the department said.
