Since the city first broke ground in 2012 on the $115-million redevelopment of the Ferdinand building site in Roxbury, the neighborhood has seen a number of changes.

A timelapse video showing the progress of the project, from the groundbreaking to Jan. 25, 2013, was recently posted on the project’s website.

From two camera angles and in about 43-seconds the video shows the progress made on the project over the past year.

Dubbed the Dudley Municipal Center, the new buildings will eventually house the headquarters of Boston Public Schools as well retail and artistic components.
