Salem Mayor Kim Driscoll just announced via Twitter that the city's free-bike share program will roll out on Monday.

The bikes will be available near the Hawthorne Hotel and the Salem State Central Campus. The city held a ribbon cutting for the bike-share program on Tuesday afternoon.
